Mark Lyons is preparing himself for graduation on May 12th at Xavier University before taking a closer look at the three schools he will consider transferring to for his remaining 1 year of eligibility. According to Lyons, Kansas, Arizona and Kentucky are the three schools he will look at but not until after May 12th. Shortly after Lyons receives his sociology degree from Xavier he will then start scheduling visits so that he can take a closer look at all three of the schools he’s considering. Allen Fieldhouse gave Sampson goosebumps
2012 forward JaKarr Sampson (Akron, OH/Brewster Academy) couldn’t have had a better game in which to experience all that is Kansas basketball. Sampson made the trip to Lawrence with members of his family along with Brewster Academy Assistant Coach Josh Lee. Lee, who is in his sixth season at Brewster, spoke with TheShiver.com about the visit this past weeked at Kansas.

Withey comes up big for Kansas
The Kansas Jayhawks did more than rebound from their loss last Saturday to Missouri by blowing #6 Baylor of the court for the second time this season. The Jayhawks haven’t lost two games in a row since 2006 and after the first ten minutes into the game Wednesday night, it appeared that streak could come to an end. Then the Jeff Withey party started late in the first half and continued throughout the rest of the game.
