Kinda like bigfoot right? And once again nobody said science could disprove the existance of god. If you look earlier in the thread I say that. The fact that there is no proof is what makes me sceptical. It's gunna take more for me than someone saying "oh ya i saw god". I mean come on. Is that all it takes for you guys? No proof? No evidence? Just someone saying oh ya I saw god. Thats enough for you?I saw a 4 month old baby elephant doing cartwheels and singing the star spangled banner in Russian, so now do you believe there is a cartwheeling singing Russian elephant? I need more than that

I have known several children who have grown up in a Christian home that believe in Christ. Most if not all of these children figure out Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny is made up before being told. I am one of these people. These same children have all held to the belief that God is real. So please don't compare the two.

So I'm trying to figure out your last post. Were you trying to say that have some kind of great insight because you figured out there was no Santa at 17, or are you trying to say that you're upset that no one told you until that time?

Im not sure how much validity his analogy has either but your response is typical to say the least. Where in his post did he give you any evidence he was 17 when he learned Santa was a myth? Unfortunately it is quite typical that a back and forth about religion would end up resulting in insults because the frustration caused by noone being able to convince the other side that their beliefs are false.

People say that their is not a war on religion but I disagree. I currently attend KU and it is quite an overwhelming majority of students that are Liberal oppose religion. I don't know if this is something all college students go through, I just find it interesting that the students who don't believe in God are Democrats. I am not saying that a Republican cannot believe in God I just find it weird, especially since the face of the Democratic party is Obama and Reid both in whom believe in God. Has nothing to do with what we are talking about just an observation.

Depends on where you live. That is quite a lie to live. Must be a miserable feeling. People in San Francisco and the North East wouldn't care. So you think Obama does not believe in God?

hahahaha no way would you get elected to any major office if you admitted you were a non believer. be it in Cali or New York. I am not 100 percent sure but i would bet that there are no non religious Seanators/House of reps in the US. Now i do think he is a christain, but if he wasn't he would be an idiot to admit it. did you see what people did when they thought he was muslim?

See, now you are demonstrating an agenda. Open mind, acceptance of others, try it.
