I was laughing about it, but I really think he paid attn to what happened w/ Perry. He just didn't improve under Drew for whatever reason, and he's not as talented as Jones. Why stick around when you're stock is only gonna drop. I don't think that could would mind coming back another year w/ a better coach. His stock would probably be higher right now too. Ppl and recruits are figuring drew out imo.

Maybe he thinks Baylor is about to get in more trouble and he wants out...maybe theres more to their infraction than we know. (Obviously I have nothing to back this up. Just pure speculation) .

I really doubt it. I think it has more to do with the fact that his advisors/handlers know that his stock probably won't improve under that hack of a head coach.

Miller is probably signing with Dwon Clifton as his agent.

Dwon Clifton was on Baylor's staff for 2 seasons (in an original attempt to lure John Wall), Clifton's first season at Baylor (08'-09') -Director of Player Development , Clifton's second season (09'-10') - Coordinator of Operations.

Dwon and his brother Brian Clifton were once in charge of D-One Sports - an North Carolina based AAU program, that has had many talent athletes come through -John Wall being its most heralded. Obviously Wall didn't follow Dwon to Waco, but Baylor ended up reaping the benefits of this hire, with Baylor signing 3 other former D-One players; Quincy Miller, Duece Bello and Stargell Love.

(I'm aware that the Ronnie Chalmers hire could be looked at as shady).

Baylor hiring an Dwon Clifton (former AAU coach) to their staff, then having former players from Dwon's AAU program come to play at Baylor is one thing....., but then to have a former Baylor player (MIller) sign a former Baylor assistant coach (Dwon) as his agent ? ...... wow (assuming Miller does in fact sign with Dwon Clifton)

According to @ SpearsNBAYahoo, Quincy Miller has changed his mind and has elected to enter the draft. Will hire Dwon Clifton as his agent.

Losing Miller hurts big time for Baylor. He would have got a lot of good looks with the way Jackson can break down a D and you can't cheat off of Heslip.

First off im a huge Jayhawk basketball fan. After reading these posts im just disgusted with the comments on here. Apparently some on here don't like Baylor. But let me remind you that they are part of your conference. I for one wan't to see my conference do well and dominate. Screw the Sec and so on. Do i wan't my Jayhawks to win my conference........ yes but if the conference ain't worth a crap then who cares. Right now the big 12 is a laughing stock to many and the only way to change it is kick their butts. With the conference hurting why don't we show more respect and support the opposing teams when were not playing them.

I don't have a problem with Baylor. I do not like Scott Drew. Players in his system never get better, he gets stuck playing a zone that teams kill, he does not make in game adjustments, and the biggest thing of all is his recruiting tactics. He is widely known as a big time negative recruiter and obviously doesn't pay too much attention to the contact rules with the 500+ texts/calls that were a major violation. He achieves the least with the most talent of any team in the Big12.

To whom? Mizzou losing as a 15 seed looks bad for the conference (although hilarious to us), but 2 of the Big 12 made the Elite 8. Hardly a "laughing stock" IMO

Did a so called Jayhawk fan just call me a troll. First of all theres few people that proudly support and know Kansas basketball better than i do. My Grandfather played under Dr. Phog Allen and raised my for the crimson and blue. I just want to support the conference that we play in. It may be my first post but it doesn't mean i don't know what i'm talking about. If you want to dog Mizzou fans i understand they have horrible fans but to call one of your own fans a troll just reminds me of a mizzou fan.
