Default TCU Drug Bust

There was a drug bust that included 4 TCU players. Not looking good to start off that way coming into the Big 12.

All of the players have been dismissed. One of them was a AA linebacker and one was a all conference first team defensive lineman I believe, big loss for sure.

I heard that the coach had a surprise drug test on february 1st and that 82 players failed it. That is what is suspected.....when I read it in the news.

Also this happens at every school just most players don't sell it and just casually do it thus not getting caught. Plus someone usually gives them a "heads up" for when the next drug test is.

Pretty good article from SI about the issue. Basically covers much of the same material as the OP but from another source and a little more information.

This has since changed and 5 players failed the surpirse test, with 11 others showing trace amounts.

I am against drugs and alcohol of all kinds, given that alcohol is way worse than weed.

Thank you, "Dr. Esquire". Can you further enlighten me on your substance-related policy-making opinions? You can PM me. I will run your views by my doctor and attorney (sorry, mine are separate people) and come up with a thoughtful rebuttal.
