April, 2009: Joseph has very good quickness that he uses to get to the bucket almost every time he looks to attack the rim. However, he needs to continue to learn to play the game at his own pace and not let opposing point guards speed him up into turnovers and bad shots. Joseph has range that extends out to the 3-point line and he needs to continue to focus on finishing his shot by holding his follow-through and backing out of his shot prematurely. He also has a solid middle game aided by his consistent mid-range, pull-up jump shot. Joseph also does a very good job of leading the defensive charge for his team and pressuring opposing point guards. Full Evaluation Here
