It seems that the state of Kansas is now a state that college coaches around the country have to pay attention to when it comes to high school football talent. Ten years ago not many would have looked at the sunflower state as a place that produced a number of high level college football prospects, but that has quickly changed over the last few years with names like Starling, Brown and Bell. Next up for the state are names like Smith, Newell and 2014 Gardner Edgerton RB Traevohn Wrench.
Check out highlights of Wrench from his 200 + yard, 3 TD game this past weekends game vs Blue Valley North.
Wrench and his GE teammates face off against another big time in state prospect in 2014 OL/DL Braden Smith and Olathe South this Friday night.
