2014 SF Andrew Wiggins (Toronto, Ontario, CA/Huntington Prep) might be the most talked about high school basketball prospect in years, and his play on the court backs up every single world. The 6’7″ Wiggins isn’t just a slasher who finishes with rim rocking dunks that makes the crowd react in unison. What makes separates Wiggins from many is his ability to do almost everything on the court. He has shooting range from three, he can hit the mid-range shot, pull up shot, get to the line, finish with contact, rebound from his position and outside of his area, is a tough defender and he does seem to levitate around the rim before finishing with a dunk. In short – Wiggins might be the best thing Canada has given basketball since James Naismith himself. So thanks Canada.

Over his 7 games at Nike EYBL Peach Jam this past weekend Wiggins averaged 21.9 ppg to go along with his 8.9 rpg and 2 bpg in leading his CIA Bounce to the finals of the Nike EYBL before losing a tough one to the Oakland Soldiers, 50-51.
