2013 PF Aaron Gordon announced his return to the court in a big way this past weekend at the Nike EYBL finals at Peach Jam. The 6’8″ human highlights reel averaged 13.5 ppg by going 43-85 (50.6%) from the floor to go along with his 9.4 rpg and 3 asg. Gordon, who injured his foot earlier this spring, brought constant energy to both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. His tenacity on the boards and his ability to find open teammates were big reasons why the Oakland Soldiers left North Augusta, South Carolina with the Nike EYBL Peach Jam Title.
As TheShiver.com reported earlier in the week – Kansas is now in, or back in, the recruiting picture for Gordon. Should the Jayhawks be one of the schools to land one of five allowed official visits they could find themselves very much a player for Gordon.
