The Kansas Jayhawks will look to make it 6 of 8 against the UCLA Bruins Tuesday night in Maui. The Jayhawks, who dimissed Georgetown 67-63 late Monday night, will face the Bruins for the third straight season which includes a thrilling 77-76 win last season inside Allen Fieldhouse. In fact, the Jayhawk will face both UCLA and USC again this season as the Jayhawks play at USC on December 22nd.
The Bruins got a notch in the win column on Moday night by defeating host school Chaminade, 92-60, in their opening game in Maui. Before Monday’s win the Bruins had lost both of their previous games to open the season. Loyola Marymount defeated UCLA 69-58 and then Middle Tennessee State ran the Bruins off the court by defeating them 86-66 in Los Angeles.
Should Kansas win Tuesday night they will face the winner of Duke v Michigan and that game will be played at 9:00pm cst. Should the Jayhawks lose they would play at 6:30pm cst against the loser of the Duke v Michigan game.
