gameselbyShortly after arriving in Lawrence on Monday afternoon the #5 ranked player in the ESPNU 100, Josh Selby, injured his left pinkie finger while playing basketball late Monday night, a source tells TheShiver.com.

It was first believed that the finger did not break, but on Tuesday afternoon it was discovered that Selby did break the finger when he attempted to jump a passing lane in order to steal the basketball.

Selby is expected to be held out of action for the next 4-6 weeks until the pinkie heals.
