The #4 ranked player in the ESPN Terrific 25, Perry Ellis, will be making his way to Lawrence today to see the #1 ranked Kansas Jayhawks take on the Oakland Grizzlies inside Allen Fieldhouse. Ellis, who attends Wichita Heights High School (KS), will be making his first trip back to Lawrence since attending the Kansas versus Duke football game on September 19th. Ellis made his way to Memphis in mid-October where he, not only, had the opportunity to check out the Memphis version of midnight madness, he was able to see his sister, Savannah, play for the Lady Tigers.
Ellis and his Height’s teammates will begin their run at a second straight State Championship one week from Friday when they visit Wichita East High School. On December 19th, Heights will be in Kansas City to take on Columbia Rock Bridge (MO) in the Hy-Vee Shootout.
