With official visits to North Carolina and Oklahoma behind him, the #1 recruit in the ESPNU 100, Harrison Barnes, will now be heading to the third of his five official visits. Barnes will once again be in Lawrence, Kansas for the annual ‘Late Night in the Phog’ kick off celebration inside historical Allen Fieldhouse before visiting the remaining schools on his list of 6, Duke, UCLA, and ending his visits with an unofficial visit to Iowa State on Novemeber 6th. With the hope of making his college decision shortly after completing all of his visits, the recruiting battle for Barnes has certainly grabbed the attention of many. ESPN’s Dick Vitale writes about the Barnes recruitment.
