Lance Stephenson Delays Announcement With No Timetable in Mind
Henry, Cousins to Open Recruitment Should Calipari Leave
During media day at the McDonalds All American game in Miami, Florida, both Xavier Henry and DeMarcus Cousins addressed the media about the possibility of John Calipari leaving Memphis to be the coach at Kentucky.
Both Henry and Cousins said that they would open their recruitment to every school out there should Calipari leave Memphis. They also added that they both want to be at Memphis, and were a little shocked and had disbelief when they found out about Calipari possibily leaving Memphis.
Xavier Henry does have a clause that would allow him to not honor his Letter of Intent should Calipari decide to leave for Lexington. Henry’s clause allows him to go anywhere, including Kentucky.
